Local project context for capable coding and content agents
IntelligenceOS asks four questions, maps the folder you approve and saves a Project Brief, Project Map, rules and next step inside the project. Future sessions can see what exists, what matters and where to continue instead of guessing from old chats.

This redacted example came from the self-contained clean-room codebase used to test IntelligenceOS. It found the important files, project surfaces, seven warnings and the next jobs an agent should take in order.
It is product output, not a designed mock-up or a customer claim. Local machine paths have been removed from the public version.

Use it at either end
A new project
The first four questions record the goal, intended users, definition of done and anything the agent must leave alone. Future sessions inherit those decisions instead of guessing.
A project that has become messy
IntelligenceOS inventories supported local files, finds the instructions, tests and release surfaces, and flags gaps or conflicts. It gives the agent a plan; it does not silently rewrite the project.
From first brief to next handoff
IntelligenceOS does not replace a capable agent. It gives that agent a better operating surface before, during and after the work.
Before
A Git-aware, read-only scan maps tracked and unignored files, agent instructions, entry points, test commands, CI, deployment files and recent change hotspots. Scan coverage and omissions stay visible.
During
Five focused skills cover project mapping, content orchestration, expert drafting, your writing profile and portable project knowledge. Sources, quality gates and protected paths stay attached to the task.
After
The Project Map, Project Brief, SQLite database, JSON, CSV, Markdown, receipts and agent handoff stay with the project. If a route fails, the local diagnosis names what stopped and where to start fixing it.
Core first-run outputs include PROJECT_BRIEF.md, PROJECT_MAP.html, project_intel.sqlite, a browser report, structured extracts and agent-handoff.md.
For content-led projects
It starts by checking what the site already covers and where a useful gap exists. The agent builds a source trail before drafting, follows a writing profile made from your accepted work, checks claims and prepares the approval handoff.
It can also prepare covers, quote cards and frames around real screenshots. Replicate is optional and uses your own API access; the included Pillow route is local and more basic.
Once you accept the work, the workflow updates the SQLite record, JSON knowledge bank and readable project document so the next article starts from the new reality.
Publishing to WordPress, Ghost or another live system remains a separate, approved action.
What you are paying for
If one inventory is all you need, that may be enough. IntelligenceOS is for ongoing projects where the intake, scan, protected paths, structured outputs, content workflows, failure diagnosis, handoffs and future updates need to work together. Guided local route
Unzip it and open 00_OPEN_FIRST.html. It includes the local app, Mac and Windows launchers, browser guidance, manual setup and a privacy-safe support report.
Clear boundary
No CMS login, deployment, live publishing or account changes are included. WordPress and Ghost use local configuration and exported files in this beta. Warnings are a useful first pass, not a specialist security, legal, medical or factual audit.
