Local project context for capable coding and content agents

Stop re-explaining your project every time you start a new AI session.

IntelligenceOS asks four questions, maps the folder you approve and saves a Project Brief, Project Map, rules and next step inside the project. Future sessions can see what exists, what matters and where to continue instead of guessing from old chats.

IntelligenceOS maps the project, keeps agents within its rules and gives the next agent a clear start
Current release: 0.2.0-beta.4. Local, read-only and credential-free by default.

See the first useful output

This redacted example came from the self-contained clean-room codebase used to test IntelligenceOS. It found the important files, project surfaces, seven warnings and the next jobs an agent should take in order.

It is product output, not a designed mock-up or a customer claim. Local machine paths have been removed from the public version.

Why project context matters

Fast output is only useful when it fits the project you are actually trying to build.

Agents can make a lot of progress quickly. They can also miss an old decision, use the wrong file or produce something that is nearly right and expensive to untangle later.

66%said “almost right, not quite” answers were a frustration

63%rarely or never let agents run entirely on autopilot

60%block agents from making unapproved system changes

Use it at either end

Start with a clean foundation, or make an existing project easier to work in.

A new project

Agree the purpose and boundaries before the folder fills up.

The first four questions record the goal, intended users, definition of done and anything the agent must leave alone. Future sessions inherit those decisions instead of guessing.

A project that has become messy

Map what is current before approving a clean-up.

IntelligenceOS inventories supported local files, finds the instructions, tests and release surfaces, and flags gaps or conflicts. It gives the agent a plan; it does not silently rewrite the project.

From first brief to next handoff

One joined-up system around the work your agent already knows how to do.

IntelligenceOS does not replace a capable agent. It gives that agent a better operating surface before, during and after the work.

Before

Understand the project first

A Git-aware, read-only scan maps tracked and unignored files, agent instructions, entry points, test commands, CI, deployment files and recent change hotspots. Scan coverage and omissions stay visible.

During

Work from reusable rules

Five focused skills cover project mapping, content orchestration, expert drafting, your writing profile and portable project knowledge. Sources, quality gates and protected paths stay attached to the task.

After

Leave evidence the next session can reopen

The Project Map, Project Brief, SQLite database, JSON, CSV, Markdown, receipts and agent handoff stay with the project. If a route fails, the local diagnosis names what stopped and where to start fixing it.

Core first-run outputs include PROJECT_BRIEF.md, PROJECT_MAP.html, project_intel.sqlite, a browser report, structured extracts and agent-handoff.md.

For content-led projects

The content workflow carries the topic, evidence, voice and closeout together.

It starts by checking what the site already covers and where a useful gap exists. The agent builds a source trail before drafting, follows a writing profile made from your accepted work, checks claims and prepares the approval handoff.

It can also prepare covers, quote cards and frames around real screenshots. Replicate is optional and uses your own API access; the included Pillow route is local and more basic.

Once you accept the work, the workflow updates the SQLite record, JSON knowledge bank and readable project document so the next article starts from the new reality.

Publishing to WordPress, Ghost or another live system remains a separate, approved action.

What you are paying for

Yes, you could ask an agent to make a project map.

If one inventory is all you need, that may be enough. IntelligenceOS is for ongoing projects where the intake, scan, protected paths, structured outputs, content workflows, failure diagnosis, handoffs and future updates need to work together. The value is the accumulated system and the time saved designing, testing and maintaining your own version.

MCPH

A regulated medical-cannabis publication where sources, claim boundaries and review rules matter.

Swarm Signal

An AI intelligence publication with research, media, audio and post-publish maintenance workflows.

Bored Tools

A commercial project with a catalogue, content, customer journeys and ongoing marketing work.

These projects show the kind of operating problems the method grew from. They are not a claim that the current beta created every part of each project.

Both routes are included

Use the agent-first ZIP, or choose the guided local setup.

Recommended

IntelligenceOS Agent Setup

Attach the ZIP to a capable coding or content agent and tell it to read AGENT_MODE_START_HERE.md. It asks four questions, proves the local route and installs only after you approve the project-local files.

Guided local route

IntelligenceOS Complete

Unzip it and open 00_OPEN_FIRST.html. It includes the local app, Mac and Windows launchers, browser guidance, manual setup and a privacy-safe support report.

Clear boundary

It maps and advises before anything changes.

No CMS login, deployment, live publishing or account changes are included. WordPress and Ghost use local configuration and exported files in this beta. Warnings are a useful first pass, not a specialist security, legal, medical or factual audit.

You review the map before approving clean-up, development, publishing or any external write. Read the current changelog, see how product updates work or check the practical FAQ.

One purchase

IntelligenceOS is £99 once.

You receive IntelligenceOS Agent Setup, IntelligenceOS Complete, five project-local skills, buyer-visible beta updates through the first stable v1 release and one first-run troubleshooting review if a supported setup route is materially broken.

The licence covers one person or purchasing business and projects they own or are authorised to manage. It does not include custom implementation or unlimited consulting.

Before you buy

  • The fastest route needs an agent that can inspect local files and run commands.
  • The local engine requires Python 3.11 or newer.
  • Mac and Windows launchers are included.
  • IntelligenceOS keeps its outputs in your project and does not upload them to MorpheOS. A cloud-based agent may process files under that provider's own terms.
  • CMS login, deployment and publishing are separate, approval-gated work.

By purchasing, you agree to the IntelligenceOS terms and buyer licence and acknowledge the immediate digital-supply terms shown at checkout. Read the privacy notice for Stripe and delivery processing.

Launch offer: use code LAUNCH50 at checkout to pay £49.50. Limited to the first 10 new customers and ending 28 July 2026.
