The button opens a short email template, but you can write naturally. A useful link and a little context are usually enough for me to understand where to begin.

Safety
No confidential material in the first email.
A plain-language description is enough to check fit. Do not send credentials, customer lists, employer-confidential documents, private financials, sensitive personal data or restricted client material until scope and permission boundaries are agreed.
