Privacy, data boundaries and customer terms

This static site uses Google Analytics through the Google tag to understand basic site usage, such as page views and traffic sources. On the IntelligenceOS sales path it also records product views, launch-offer selections, portfolio-link selections, checkout starts and clicks to ask a question. These events use fixed labels; MorpheOS does not send project names, filenames, email addresses, Stripe session identifiers or fulfilment URLs to Google Analytics.

MorpheOS does not use analytics to collect form submissions because the site currently uses email links rather than embedded forms. Stripe remains the source of truth for completed purchases.

Google may process analytics data according to its own service terms and privacy controls. You can use browser privacy settings, tracking protection or analytics opt-out tools if you do not want analytics scripts to run.

If you email MorpheOS, the information you send will be handled through email so Tyler can respond. Do not send secrets, credentials, sensitive client data or confidential employer material in a first email.

For AI Workbench projects, any client documents, employer material or sensitive business context should be discussed only after permission and scope have been confirmed. The first exchange should use plain descriptions of the work rather than source files.

IntelligenceOS is sold through Stripe and delivered as a downloadable digital product. Stripe processes payment details and the email and billing information needed for checkout under Stripe's own privacy terms. MorpheOS does not receive or store full card details.

After payment, MorpheOS verifies the Stripe Checkout Session on the server and streams the two ZIP files from a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The delivery URL contains a Stripe session identifier and should not be shared. Cloudflare processes the request as the website and file-delivery provider.

IntelligenceOS saves its generated maps, reports and instructions inside the project folder you approve. The product does not upload those project outputs to MorpheOS. If you give the ZIP or project files to a cloud-based coding agent, that provider may process the material under its own terms and privacy controls.

Product support covers access, delivery, materially broken files and one first-run troubleshooting review if a supported setup route is broken. It does not include personalised implementation, live account access, unlimited consulting or later services. If you cannot access either ZIP or something is materially broken, email within seven days and MorpheOS will try to fix it; if it cannot, MorpheOS will refund it. This is an additional support promise and does not limit statutory rights.

Read the IntelligenceOS terms and buyer licence before purchasing.

Audits, reviews, sprints, QA packs, monthly support and AI Workbench projects begin with a conversation. Cancellation, rescheduling, payment and refund terms should be agreed before paid work starts. Completed review or service work is not refunded just because a recommendation is inconvenient or a customer chooses not to implement it.
