Terms and buyer licence

These terms apply to the IntelligenceOS beta digital product sold by MorpheOS, operated by Tyler Casey in England. Contact hello@morpheos.net before purchasing if anything here is unclear.

What you receive

One payment provides two English-language ZIP files: IntelligenceOS Complete and IntelligenceOS Agent Setup. IntelligenceOS helps an AI agent understand a folder or repository you control before work begins. It includes guided setup, a local project map, reports, warning flags, run records, agent instructions and support tools.

The Python CLI requires Python 3.11 or newer. The package includes Mac and Windows launchers, but local security settings, Python availability and agent capabilities vary. The product is read-only by default and does not include hosting, live publishing, deployment, account access, done-for-you implementation or guaranteed SEO, security, compliance, revenue or productivity outcomes.

Immediate digital supply and cancellation

By completing checkout, you expressly request that MorpheOS begin supplying the digital content immediately after payment rather than waiting until the end of the 14-day cancellation period. You acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel the digital-content contract is lost once supply begins and the secure download page is made available.

This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or cannot be supplied. Before downloading, email hello@morpheos.net immediately if you believe the purchase was made in error.

Buyer licence

One purchase grants one buyer, or one purchasing business, a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the product files on projects the buyer owns or is authorised to manage. The buyer may give them to staff, contractors and AI agents only for work on those authorised projects and may keep reasonable backups.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share the paid product files as a download, template library or training bundle. You may not remove ownership notices, present the paid materials as your own product, or use IntelligenceOS to inspect projects without permission.

Delivery, support and updates

Stripe processes payment and redirects successful purchases to the secure delivery page. Download and keep both ZIP files. If delivery fails, do not pay again; email hello@morpheos.net.

Report access or materially broken-file issues within seven days. MorpheOS will try to restore access or provide a corrected file and will refund the purchase if that cannot be done. This additional promise does not limit statutory rights.

The purchase includes buyer-visible beta updates through the first stable v1 release and one first-run troubleshooting review if a supported setup route is materially broken. The review covers the local diagnosis and a recommended next attempt. It does not include perpetual updates, personalised implementation, live account access, unlimited consulting or future products.

Privacy and payment

Stripe handles card details. MorpheOS verifies the completed Checkout Session and delivers files from private Cloudflare storage. IntelligenceOS does not upload generated project maps or reports to MorpheOS. A cloud-based coding agent may process files you provide under that agent provider's terms.
