Discovery and opportunity map
We identify the recurring work worth turning into AI workflows, then rank it by value, risk, data sensitivity and setup effort.
MorpheOS AI Workbench Sprint
I turn the context you approve, including your role, company, audience, tone and recurring tasks, into a small reusable workbench inside the tools you already use. You get 10-15 tested workflows, clear review rules and a practical handover.
AI Workbench is a separate consulting engagement with its own scope and price. It is not part of the IntelligenceOS kit, and nothing in the AI Workbench ships inside the IntelligenceOS download.

How to use it without turning it into adminThe problem
A blank chat box does not know your role, your company, your audience, your tone, your recurring tasks or your standards. So you spend half the time explaining the work before you can get anything useful back.
The practical fix is a small workbench containing the context it needs, the jobs worth repeating and the actions that still require your approval.
What you get
The sprint turns approved context into practical instructions, workflows and review rules for the AI tool you already use.
01
We identify the recurring work worth turning into AI workflows, then rank it by value, risk, data sensitivity and setup effort.
02
A compact reference covering your role, company, audience, offer, voice, examples, decision rules, glossary and data boundaries.
03
Reusable workflows for work you actually repeat: campaign briefs, messaging reviews, meeting actions, executive updates, content repurposing, competitor scans and similar.
04
Clear boundaries for data, publishing, sending, deleting, changing permissions, using customer material and touching live systems.
05
A practical walkthrough, test tasks and one refinement pass once real use shows what needs tightening.
Who it helps
The best first version is deliberately narrow: one senior professional, one workbench, a small number of high-use workflows, proper checks.
How it works
The sprint starts with basic but important questions: what are you allowed to use, what should AI never do, and which workflows are worth setting up first?
Before any documents are used, we check the tool, account type, data sensitivity and approval path.
I turn approved context into a compact reference, skill library and simple workspace structure.
We test the setup against useful examples, not perfect demo prompts.
You get the setup, the rules, the first workflows and a clear way to refine it.
Built from real work
This service grew from workbenches I built for real senior marketing work, covering recurring tasks such as campaign briefs, messaging reviews, meeting actions and executive updates. External actions remain under human approval.
AI drafts and organises by default. Humans approve anything external.
Claims need evidence or they get marked as assumptions.
Client documents are screened for permission and sensitivity before they touch the workbench.
Local agents are an add-on, not the default setup.
Pilot terms
This is a personal service shaped around your role, tools and permission boundaries. We can start with a conversation about the work you repeat and where AI currently falls short.
If the work sounds relevant, the next step is a short fit check. No documents needed yet. Definitely no secrets, customer lists or employer-confidential material in the first email.
If you are trying to fix a site, content hub or publication system instead, start with the MorpheOS products and services page.
